Jonathan sits in a unique position as a former professional athlete, a successful Dallas business owner and a sold out – white hot – born again – follower of Jesus Christ. He has traveled all over the world for the past 18 years as an evangelist and motivational speaker. His schedule is fully loaded year after year with speaking engagements in places ranging from churches to prisons. Jonathan speaks as many as 45 weekends a year. In spite of a grueling schedule, he maintains a balance in his life completely dedicated to Christ by spending quality time as a husband and father. He strives for excellence in every area of his life. His uniqueness appeals to a very wide range of audiences.

As a former professional athlete, he shares with the youth of America captivating stories of an unbelievable commitment, dedication, and deep understanding of what it takes to reach the top in your sport and in your life. This deep understanding has been the result of lessons learned through failures that arise from a life out of balance as well as the consequences that come from wrong choices, bad friends, and a love for money. He learned at the age of 19 that all his possessions and accomplishments could not deliver what he was seeking.

As a successful businessman who has experienced the pains it takes to get there, he possesses a profound knowledge and passion regarding Godly principles that can set people apart in the business world and in their communities.. After retiring as an athlete, he owned a heavy equipment company before moving to Texas. There he went back to school to become a financial planner specializing in investments. While working at the investment firm, his company branched out into the mortgage industry. He then transitioned into the mortgage industry full time by starting his own company,, Residential Mortgage Bank. As bank branch president, he worked his "tent-making" secular job wile spending his "spare time" in ministry. He has a powerful testimony about how God has blessed him in his ministry without affecting his responsibilities to support his family. His life illustrates that people can do both!

Rev. 12:11 "…they overcame by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony." All of the topics he deals with are powerful testimonies to the churched as well as the unchurched.

While fighting on a world class level, Jonathan beat the odds against all that challenged him and became a champion in boxing, kickboxing, and tough man contests. Jonathan began his boxing career as an amateur at 13. He trained as an Olympic boxing team hopeful before turning pro. As a professional fighter, he knocked out the 7th ranked contender in the world. During his eight years as a professional, he remained undefeated at a pro level. He achieved notoriety as "The Knock Out" artist by sending opponents to the mat.

He inspires his audiences with harrowing true life experiences. By a miracle of God, he survived a shotgun wound to the head without sustaining permanent injury. His athletic career was tragically and abruptly ended when he was involved in a motorcycle accident while racing over 100 MPH. He explains how God used this event to “wake me up” to the hard life of self indulgence. One miracle followed another. He was spared from injury to be delivered from a self-indulgent life to live a life abundantly blessed by God.

Jonathan addresses many of the current-day issues that riddle our society – from angry youth that kill in our schools to road rage on our city streets to physical abuse in our homes. He believes all of these depraved behavior traits are being caught – not taught – by well-meaning parents with no idea how they're impacting the future of America. He also emphasizes the importance of being a peacemaker to help individuals stabilize their out-of-balance feelings. Men, women, and children around the world have been healed from and helped to deal with anger, overcome it, and experience lasting freedom.

With or without church affiliation, those he addresses are touched and lives are changed after hearing about his life experiences. They marvel at the hand of God on his accomplishments.
